Not sure what C.B.T. means to you. I think it depends on the circles you run in.  To me it could be the answer. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Aparently by re-educating myself I will stop having negative thoughts and I will be a better person for it.

I was at my local GP surgery this morning. Got a ticking off because my prescription was to last 3 months and it took me 7 months to go back.  I'm awful at taking tablets..it's like a mental block I have. Wish my mind could be more efficient at blocking out other things that make me feel bad instead of blocking out something that could improve how I feel!  He has also referred me for an assessment. Seems I might be crazier than first thought.

Must admit..this type of CBT sounds a lot more appealing than the other version I am aware of...
